Beautiful palace tour was very organized the guide was fantastic have used Headout on several occasions and I'm very happy with the professionalism..

The visit to St Mark's Bascilica and also the Doge Palace with details of each room and artifact. The tour guide was exceptional and very personable as well.

Our visit to San Marcos was much too short. When we left, the guide vanished on us, so we continued on our own through the Doge's Palace, and I still have the three audio guides in my possession without knowing who to return them to.

The professional guide, speaking in Spanish, told us the history of St. Mark's and the Doge's Palace during a nearly two-hour tour—a must-see during your visit to Venezuela.

I liked everything overall. The guide was wonderful and very attentive.

The tour guide was very informative and provided us all with great background on the history of the Doge's Palace. However, the weather (heat/humidity) forced us to leave the tour early. We were wilting.

First of all, I booked a tour for 11:45 a.m. simply because it was available at that time, and you changed the time the day before. The tour operator mentioned in the Head Out email was different from the one who contacted me. I will never book with you again.
