This totally worth it to try. It can be better, than taking a separate gondola ride (from price perspective), because this tour might cost 45 euros, but the inly one gondola ride is 39 euro.

Il tour in sé è stato fantastico, così come il giro in gondola! Sia la guida che il gondoliere sono stati molto gentili. Il nostro problema è stato con il personale maschile al punto d'incontro. Certo, eravamo in ritardo per il tour perché abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci dalla nostra nave da crociera al punto d'incontro. Quando gli ho chiesto dove potevamo incontrarli, con molta riluttanza mi ha dato un indirizzo per le mie mappe di Google e ci ha mandato per la nostra strada SENZA LA TESTA. Il suo atteggiamento è stato fin dal primo momento scortese e accondiscendente.

The tour guide never showed up & we were very disappointed. We waited for over an hour & asked 10 different people if that was the correct location & we confirmed we were at the correct address & no guide showed. I would appreciate a refund since we were left abandoned waiting for someone to show up. Very unprofessional! We are very disappointed & I spent good money on a tour that didn't happen. Show

Il punto d'incontro non era specifico. Le mappe ci davano due luoghi diversi, quindi abbiamo continuato ad andare avanti e indietro cercando di trovare il gruppo. A un certo punto, eravamo nel punto giusto 5 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour, ma credo che il gruppo sia andato via prima. La guida avrebbe dovuto avere una bandiera o indossare un abbigliamento specifico. Io e la mia amica stiamo ancora aspettando il rimborso.
