A big thank you to our tour guide, Gabriella! She picked us up right on time in front of the main entrance to the Gogen Palace—located on the southern side facing the sea, right where the security checkpoints are—and our wonderful journey back in time began thanks to her lively storytelling. I would book this again in a heartbeat; the organizer did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

We found the whole experience very confusing. We misunderstood the instructions and went to Doges Palace. They sent us to the ticket store 5-8 minutes away. We arrived at ticket store and were told to go back to Doges Palace because we were late. We ran back to Doges Palace and were met by a very arrogant man who was the company's person at the Doge. He scolded us for being late and told us he could not give us listening devices, so stay close to the tour guide. After much discussion, we received listening devices. Then to top it off, the tour guide was a half hour late. So much adieu about nothing!!! The guide was wonderful and knowledgeable however the way we wre treated before the tour was anything but helpful and professional.

All'inizio abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare il punto di incontro con la guida e a ritirare i biglietti. Credo che sia un aspetto importante, perché siamo andati al Palazzo Ducale e ci hanno detto che non era quello il posto giusto per ritirare i biglietti. Una volta superato questo ostacolo, la visita e la spiegazione sono state molto interessanti e piacevoli.

I booked a tour that was supposed to start at 3:45 p.m., but the guide didn't show up until 4:15 p.m.! This is unacceptable, especially since we were asked to be on time and even arrive 15 minutes early. Furthermore, the customer service representative had no explanation for the delay, and we weren't offered any compensation for it—even though the tour ended up finishing at the scheduled time, meaning we saw less of the sights. I do not recommend this tour.

Volevo prenotare la visita guidata per le 10:00, dato che mi era stata proposta quell’ora. Poco prima di pagare con PayPal, è apparso un messaggio che mi informava che era disponibile solo 1 biglietto su 2 per quell’orario e che dovevo scegliere un altro orario. Mi è stata quindi mostrata la finestra degli orari e ho scelto le 10:15. Procedura ok, pagato. Solo allora ho visto che il sito web aveva cambiato non solo l'orario, ma anche la data. Quindi ho prenotato per il giorno sbagliato. Chat scortese, probabilmente IA. Non ha capito il mio problema, non è stata collaborativa. Prenotazione non cancellabile, ho perso 120 euro. Non userò mai più Headout. Era il mio primo tentativo ed è stato un fallimento totale.
