Ab Rom: Tagesausflug nach Venedig mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug

This was an amazing day that allowed us to make the most of our time in Italy while staying in Rome. Our tour guide Grace was amazing! She managed to speak in 3 different languages to our entire group, gave amazing recommendations, especially with lunch as our entire group chose to eat together at her suggested restaurant. Oñ the way back our train car had no air conditioning and it was bad, but Grace got us new seats in other cars, even after some of the seats she was given were given away to other passengers. She stayed calm and made sure we all were taken care of. I’m so glad we did this tour.

Yohanna, our tour guide, did an outstanding job. She was kind, patient, friendly, and informative. She did an excellent job explaining the history of Venice and taking us to many historical sites. She also gave clear instructions on meeting times and places. She also provided the group with different options of things to do. The gondola ride was great and only $2 Euros. We did have the option of having the more private gondola ride for $90 Euros which some of our group chose. She gave clear information throughout the tour and corresponded with us through the provided earphones and WhatsApp which was extremely helpful. We ended the tour with great drinks and appetizers that were included with the tour! What a great way to end the evening! Thank you so much Yohanna! The tour went seamlessly and smoothly! I would highly recommend this tour!

The tour exceeded our expectations. It wS easy to find our tour guide in the early morning, she was easy to understand and spoke in multiple languages, and the itinerary moved at a great pace including time for us to explore on our own. I would like to suggest that guides provide some cultural reminders for those who may not have had the opportunity to research such as: bring a coverup if you want to enter a church, don’t walk and eat due to seagulls, ask for wifi at St Marks if you want to buy same day tickets because your internet may not work, etc. Joanna was our guide and we highly recommend her. She was engaging, informative and fun.
