Venedig: City Pass mit 20+ Sehenswürdigkeiten, Gondelfahrt & Markusdom

Mostly good but we had issues booking the islands tour when the guidelines were that we should book as early as possible - customer services proved unhelpful. The island tour - we were told would be 5.5 hrs (at the ticket office) but it was 4 hours and we felt it was rushed. The travel pass worked well. Also problems with a last minute timing delay on an already changed time - and we were told to stand with the guide in full sun. From a morning time to an afternoon was a big change and it was lucky we had not booked another tour in the afternoon.

This is a good experience but unfortunately it wasn't clear on the St Marks Basilica tour how to book a day and time so the app automatically put the day we arrived but was still at the airport getting through customs. I did email to question it but nothing could be done so I had to pay out another £70 on another site to get in. I was offered a day's extension on the app but not much help as I would have been back in the UK. all the other places to book and see worked well
