Get your guide app said that the qr code was the ticket for the timed entry to the bell tower. Got to the timed entry queue and was told the qr code was in fact NOT the ticket and I should have been emailed a different ticket. Checked emails and junk emails etc and this was not the case. Checked the app again where in the small print it stated it WAS the ticket but girl said this was incorrect and we were not allowed in with this even though people were showing the same kind of qr codes at the line and got in with no problems.
