Our guide Ellisia was wonderful .. we arrived early and had a coffee which was a good idea as it was a long wait til the audience began. Ellisia was able to get us to a great spot right close and was very informative too! It was truly an amazing once in a life time experience to attend the audience with Pope Leo !

On nous demande d’arriver à 7h mais pas de guide …les organisateurs nous prennent en charge à 7h20 alors qu’ils ne sont pas loin ! Et ne disent même pas bonjour!! La guide était très bien , nous a expliqué le Vatican pendant tout le trajet pour contourner la longue file d’attente

Guide was a little late but check in went smoothly and we were able to snag great seats

Kleine Gruppe, gute Erklärungen, historische Ereignisse und deren Auswirkungen besser kann die Zeiteinteilung sein. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter wissen, was zu tun ist. Dem Mitarbeiter, der den Treffpunkt mit Jacke und Fahne markieren sollte, stand an einer falschen Stelle.

It was very easy to find the guide, and they walked us through security and made everything easy. The guy also had some interesting information and made the weight much more pleasant.
