Kombi-Tickets für Uffizi und Accademia mit Zeitfenster-Eintritt

We bought tickets for a time slot where only adults had to pay, but once there, they told us we had to claim the tickets. The person handing them out arrived late and gave us someone else's. Back in line again, they told us children had to pay, even though the website stated it was free. So we had to buy tickets for the kids. Once inside, there was neither a free audio guide nor a guide. A complete disaster of a website.

Seeing the david is always a joy (8th tie in 50 years.your line personel were eceptional i had a receipt but not a ticket. He helped me set up my phone. Sadly this was my last trip to florence. Im 80 and have always considered florence my favorite, but the insanity of the ufizzi ticketing stopped me from getting to see it sgain. I TRIED 40+ TIMES to make a reservation before leaving home and 4 times after i arrived. Dante would know exactly which level of the inferno to place the uncareing techocrats who have shut seniors out. DAVID WAS GREAT, but i couldn't wait to get out of florence. I've gone from love to hate, and will never return. HOPEFULLY the remainder of my trip to italy will be better as i'd hate to stop coming to my once favorite country.

Ordering and booking a time slot was easy, but the early-morning slot was not available with the provider, who offered to reschedule to midday or cancel. Furthermore, the digital guide is just a basic venue map in PDF format and only in English, which is disappointing. There is a poor description—or complete lack thereof—of what the digital guide actually is; it's completely oversold.

Visiting the Uffizi Gallery is an extraordinary experience and without a doubt one of the highlights of a trip to Florence. Standing in front of works that shaped art history, especially those by Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, and Michelangelo, is hard to put into words. The richness of the collection is impressive, but what charms you most is seeing how art and history meet in every single room. Buying tickets through Headout was simple and convenient, and the scheduled entry time made planning the visit so much easier. An unforgettable experience that I recommend to anyone coming to Florence. It's impossible to leave the Uffizi without seeing the city through different eyes.
