The tour guides were the best, they make the trip all the more enjoyable and their storytelling keep us engaged through out the trip. Given it was 2-3 hours, they made it fly by soon. The skip the line tickets are the best, no hassles at the security check and literally a walk in the park.

An absolutely special experience! I visited the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica and was deeply impressed by the beauty, majesty, and atmosphere of this place. Everything is impressive, from the architecture and works of art to the energy and peace you feel inside. A place worth visiting at least once in a lifetime. A memorable experience that I will fondly cherish in my heart! I highly recommend it with complete confidence!

The museum is wonderful, but you are given no time to look at anything due to the amount of people and being rushed through. The earpiece to listen to the tour guide was next to useless as it would not stay on my ear, and even when it did, the noise from around about us drowned her out. We were gladly given the choice to stop halfway through and continue ourselves to the Sistine Chapel, which we took. In the Sistine Chapel, my partially-sighted husband was using a small viewfinder to look at the paintings, but was badgered by the staff to not take pictures (which he wasn't). Perhaps inform the staff that some people need visual aids.

The visit was impressive; it's the first time I've been to the Vatican. The guide was very friendly and the explanations were very engaging. Today it was extremely crowded inside, and there were delegations, so we were detoured, which was a bit overwhelming because of the size of the crowd. What I liked most were the explanations about the Sistine Chapel and seeing it, and then St. Peter's Basilica was impressive.

Our tour guide (Paola) was lovely, very educational, and pleasant. As for the tour overall, it was good. Objections: In my case, I booked the tour of the Vatican Museums + Sistine Chapel + St. Peter's Basilica. At the end of the tour, after coming down from the Sistine Chapel, I don't understand why we had to go through a new security check (line) to enter St. Peter's Basilica, since right at the exit of the Sistine Chapel you can avoid this check and go directly to the Basilica. All this is because our guide ended the tour in St. Peter's Square and not in the Basilica itself, meaning we had to stand in the aforementioned security line to enter the Basilica. And all this after having already passed the relevant security checks for the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel at the beginning of the visit. On the other hand, it was way too crowded at certain points of the tour, but I understand this is not entirely the agency's fault, but rather due to the organization and access control of people at the museum. Also, although it was a minor thing, we had our tour booked for 11:45 AM and the day before they changed it to 2:00 PM. Since I had no plans for the afternoon, I had no objection to accepting the change. But my question is: if I hadn't been able to do the tour at 2:00 PM, what options would I have been given, considering we traveled for just a few days to enjoy Rome?

The meeting point reception poor , staff off hand . The guide had trouble projecting her voice , we found it difficult to hear instructions until we were given headsets in the museum. These had interference at first , were difficult to put on and constantly slipped off your ear . The time spent in the museum was distorted with the later galleries of artists like Salvador Dali not being on the list of galleries to stop at objects unlike the tapestries and map galleries . The information given on pieces within the collection was interesting but too much attention spent on the statues for my preference . The Sistine chapel was amazing but the 10 minutes we were to spend on our own was interrupted by the guide after about 5 ,who wanted us all to gather together at the end of the room . I had been enjoying been able to look for the pieces that interested me and I found being back in a huddle not as conducive . An OK experience but enjoyed being in St Peter's Square and seeing the Swiss guards as much . One great advantage was skipping the queues on this tour !

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! Booking through Headout was incredibly smooth, and skipping the massive lines at the Vatican was worth every penny. Our guide was phenomenally knowledgeable, bringing the history of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica to life with great storytelling. The tour was perfectly paced, the audio headsets worked flawlessly, and the entire day felt seamless. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome!

Exciting to see, but a very bad guide. She didn't pay attention to anything at all. She just walked quickly ahead, pointed left and right, and said a lot of things in barely understandable English.

3.5* Francesco was great, he deserved 5 stars. But when I book this, it said it started at 12, but apparently they changed the time to 12:30 without informing us. It was very stressful being there and thinking you missed your very expensive tour. The vatican does not have air con, so for everyone reading, please be mindful to bring a fan or something because it is uncomfortably hot inside. Lastly, the guide doesn't extend to the Basilica. They leave you outside so you explore that on your own which is unfortunate since the Basilica is huge and could definitely benefit from knowing the story behind it. Otherwise, I loved the knowledge Fransesco shared. The sistine chapel was so pretty and the Basilica too.

The guide was good and explained everything to us, but the time is just too short. I understand that we cannot stop at every sculpture or painting, but we really couldn't see anything. They rushed us through the museum so fast that you can barely appreciate the visit. You have more time for the Sistine Chapel and the basilica, so you can actually enjoy them.
