Kombi: Tickets Botanischer Garten Palermo + Hop-On-Hop-Off-Bustour

Great ride around Palermo. Definitely worth the ride.

Well organized; I lost signal on the app at times, but it worked correctly.

Yours too short for monies charged - 40 minutes not worth the money. Very disappointing after other hop on hop off city tours have been really good

I ended up sitting next to the driver, and there was no air conditioning, and the audio guide wasn't working.

How the multi-ride ticket works: multi-stop route We didn't like that buses don't run every hour; that's not enough

It was a good way to see the city but we waited too long for buses particularly outside the station

Palermo is a beautiful city! The buses are the perfect way to explore it. As a musician, I was particularly taken with the opera houses. Beautiful!

We used the buses in Palmero 3 days running and it worked great for us. We combined tickets for the Botanical Gardens and Mondreal. The app is great as it gives you an overview over where the buses are. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Great time touring Palermo Sicily! Beautiful sunny weather made for an excellent tour of the city. We love Hop On, Hop Off tours everywhere we go.

Once we eventually found the location to board the bus, the trip was fine. The Headout app was the problem. There was no option to see a map with pick up points. It took us three hours to finally reach a correct pick up point. Frustrating

Stop were not well indicated. staff very nice sand helpfull

What I loved the most is the ease of getting off at the places of interest and having approximately 30 minutes to walk around and then be able to take the next bus or wait for another one.

You see a lot in a very short time and can get off at many places if you want to explore something briefly...we were thrilled and can only recommend it and would book it again immediately. In any case, you are busy all day in Palermo and flat in the evening 😄

It was good ,educational with good communication of the crew. it was also good to have not just one loop of tour, but two and swap. the only one thing i would ask to udvertise it better at Palermo central railway station , as it took us a bit of time to find the nearest hop on stop.

It was also a pity that the blue route was not displayed in the app, when the bus was coming or where it was. The seating is also very cramped.

Frequency of buses vtij low. Audio quality too low to follow properly. Route short. Is also good to walk.

Rubbish - have used hop on hop off in the past and found them excellent. This did not live up, commentary was rudimentary and didnt match up with locations. Also husband had much difficulty with his headphones so missed commentary whilst changing seats repeatedly to get them to work.
