Pasta- und Pesto-Kurs mit Aussicht, Tiramisù & optionalem Marktbesuch

Der Marktbesuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Anwesen wo sich die Küche befindet ist wunderschön. Vom Kochen selber hatten wir uns noch ein bisschen mehr erhofft. Es war zum Teil eher ein Show Cooking als ein Kochkurs, an dem man selber Hand anlegt. Unser Highlight war es den Nudelteig selber zu machen und die Nudeln zu formen. Bei anderen Gerichten wie den Bruschetta, dem Ragu und dem Tiramisu konnte man eher wenig selber machen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von ca 25 Personen und nur einzelne Leute durften bei den Gerichten Teilschritte ausführen. Die Guides waren sehr nett, wir hatten aber das Gefühl zwischendurch einem einstudierten Theaterstück beizuwohnen, mit wahrscheinlich immer den gleichen Witzen und Wortwechseln an der gleichen Stelle. Insgesamt war es aber trotzdem eine schöne Erfahrung mit sehr leckerem Essen in einem wunderschönen Anwesen.

Our experience with this excursion was amazing from beginning to end. By far, one of the best and most worthy tours we've booked. Our chefs/instructors Leticia and Erika made the cooking class so enjoyable and fun. Our participation in the cooking was hands on and our collective efforts produced amazing results. The tour started with visiting the Market Centrale, an added bonus; choosing and gathering the ingredients made it a full immersion experience. The farmhouse is in a beautiful location just outside of Florence, making the views of the Tuscan hills perfect for a lunch (with wine included). Don't wait to book! You won't regret it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best experiences we had in Tuscany! We absolutely loved this pasta-making class from start to finish. It was so much fun, incredibly authentic, and such a special way to experience Italian food and culture. We learnt how to make fresh pasta from scratch, and the whole experience was relaxed, hands-on and filled with lots of laughs. Sitting down afterwards to enjoy the pasta we had made ourselves made it even more special - and it was absolutely delicious! This was genuinely a highlight of our trip to Tuscany and an experience we’ll remember for a very long time. If you’re visiting Tuscany, we couldn’t recommend it more! 🇮🇹🍝❤️

This was an incredible experience! The trip to the market is informative and exciting, we had excellent samples from local vendors and picked ingredients for the class. The transportation to the estate has amazing views. The cooking class was full of activities, we made two types of pasta, pesto, and dessert. I learnt so much and Stefania and Erica were incredible teachers - full of energy and a great time. The view from the estate is incredible as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience and it was my favourite thing I did in Florence!

I had such a lovely time! We started with a visit to Mercato Centrale with Stefania, which was both exciting and incredibly interesting. It’s an amazing place on its own, but all the stories, local knowledge, and little details shared by our wonderful guide really took the experience to another level. Afterwards, we drove to a beautiful estate on the edge of Florence, where our chef, Erika, welcomed us into the world of Italian cuisine. The whole day was simply perfect! The atmosphere Stefania and Erika created was so warm, fun, and full of positive energy that even the simplest kitchen chores somehow became some of the most fun I’ve had in a long time. An absolute 10/10 experience! If you’re visiting Florence and want to discover a different side of the city beyond its incredible art and history — especially through its food, people, and culture — I couldn’t recommend this experience more.

This was the best guided experience I have ever encountered. It was informative, immersive, fun and delicious. The setting of the class is tranquil and breathtaking in a gorgeous home. The best part however were our chef, Erika and assistant and guide, Stefania. They are full of life and have the most infectious passion, energy and humor. I really felt like I was in an Italian film it was that amazing. Our entire group, once all strangers, were connected by a love of the Italian food and culture. I shared this unforgettable experience with my daughter which will undoubtedly be the highlight of what has already been a very special trip. Now whenever we make these simple and yet elegant Italian dishes this moment of joy will be immortalized. Grazie Millie!!!

We had the most amazing experience with Lavi and Carmela. Lavi was a wonderful tour guide, explaining Florentine food in the market, and information about the region in general. Our bus ride to the cooking class was gorgeous. The location of the cooking class was stunning and picture perfect. But the best part was the cooking. Carmela was hilarious, full of energy and enthusiasm for making Italian food. She taught us how to make homemade pasta that we can easily replicate at home. 1000 percent recommend this as a wonderful way to experience Tuscany.

It was an amazing tour. The guides Stefania and Carmela were incredible. Their energy was infectious, after 10 minutes they had the whole group moving, laughing and being active. The expedition to Mercato Centre was also very nice: it was very well put together, and it was fun to see that the guide was speaking to all the people in the Centre. The location was also absolutely stunning. With a view of Florence, it was so beautiful to be able to cook there. The chemistry between Carmela and Stefania is the best i’ve ever seen. 100000% would recommend this to everyone and do it again.
