Excelente… muy recomendable

The terrace, lift and skip the line was well worth it. Unfortunately, our guide and audio inside the Duomo was sub par. Hard to hear.

I thought we would have had more time with the tour guide throughout the whole time, not just for the inside portion.

what to say . dejected. the booking indicates that the story telling will be there and skip the que and all . nothing. left us alone to do rooftop. moreover , inside duomo ground floor , no proper storytelling and all as was mentioned in the package. just normal 10 mins briefing. then done. its over. pathetic. dont book.

The guide was great and passionate, made me feel so much more invested than I would have been without a tour

the tour guide was great but only stayed with us for about 30 minutes. nothing extra related to gargoyles or dragons that I have not heard on other tours. the cathedral is beautiful but I could have done the tour for less money and it would have been just as good. disappointed.

Hard to hear with earpiece

The tour was excellent and very informative.

Not sure we got the tour we booked on. There was nothing about the legends of the gargoyles, although it was interesting.

It was ok…we arrived on time. They had us go into dumo museum first stated to be back at 11:30. We came back at 11:20 they had started the tour and stated they were waiting on us. We were not the only people who had this issue. Guide cut tour short due wait time to enter dumo. His microphone cut in and out the whole time.
