Uffizi-Galerie in Florenz: Tour mit erfahrenem Guide

Our guide had to cancel at last minute because they were ill. We had a difficult time getting our tickets because they were sent via WhatsApp which was confusing. While we appreciated the refund of our tour, it was disappointing to experience the Uffizi without a live guide. We would have preferred an option to reschedule or meet up with a different tour guide.

I’m only giving 1 star as there isn’t a no star option. Very difficult to find the meeting point, we were told door 3 nothing signposted. No visible guide when we finally found the meeting place. Fortunately I did turn my mobile date on as at 4pm someone sent me tickets on WhatsApp, could easily have missed our ticket time. The whole process was shambolic. Just book tickets directly with Uffizi
