Yachtfahrt in Polignano: Eleganz und Entspannung in Apulien

We anticipated an “elegant and relaxing” sunset yacht experience, but unfortunately, Sofia Tours fell well short of our expectations. receive multiple last-minute changes and confusing communications, including a departure-location change the day before and then a request on the day of the tour to move our departure from the scheduled time to 1:00 p.m., which we could not accommodate. The link they provided to the new departure location was inaccurate, and when we tried to clarify, our messages and phone calls went unanswered. The boat ultimately arrived late, and neither the captain nor his assistant acknowledged or apologized for the communication problems. Food and drinks were substandard. Best part of the trip was swimming in the ocean upon arrival at the destination. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.

En raison d’une forte houle, nous n’avons pas passé le moment attendu mais c’est la faute à personne. Au contraire la compétence et le sérieux du capitaine nous ont permis d’éviter d’avoir trop le mal de mer - merci à lui ! Son assistante était très souriante et prête à rendre service. Le temps d’arrêt pour l’apéritif et les baignades a été long et donc très agréable - nous avons pu prendre le temps de profiter de la crique à l’abri et des équipements proposés. Le bémol que je mets est le supplément de 10eur pour un spritz. Seuls prosecco et softs sont inclus dans le package. À 150eur par personne, je trouve cela exagéré pour quelques gouttes d’apérol dans le prosecco Soit c’est une option à proposer en amont, soit à inclure soit à ne pas proposer. Mais 20eur 2 spritz c’est dommage pour le ressenti global.
