Enza was incredible!! As a solo, older, female traveler I felt very safe and welcomed! I was a little late…I got lost walking, yet Enza was so gracious. Someone canceled so I had the class to myself. Enza was very patient with my dough making and my pasta twirling! While walking through the market, she made sure I did not eat the same thing as my walking food tour the day before. Cooking with Enza was the ultimate Sicilian experience, not the typical tourist experience. I felt at home with her and her two, very, very sweet dogs! Tracy🩷🩷

If there is one thing you do in Palermo it’s this cooking class! We had the best time with Enza and her two lovely dogs! We had coffee and dog cuddles, made pasta, chatted, toured the Capo market, ate some great street food, cooked the pasta, had wine and chocolate granita and most of all so much fun! Enza has been a chef for over 14 years and has so much knowledge and life to share with you! Please book this tour and spend time with the Lovely Enza and her beautiful dogs. 5 stars all round ❤️

This class was incredible! Enza was incredibly friendly, talented and kind. We were greeted with coffee when we arrived and then made our dough. While this set we were shown around a stunning food market and were able to try some different street foods. We had a lot of questions about how things were made and Enza answered them all. We prepared the pasta while listening to some classic Italian songs (good vibes = good food!) and then made the pasta sauce. Eating together was a gorgeous touch, we had wine, a desert and some liqueur. The two dogs were incredibly friendly, up for lots of cuddles. Enza gave us lots of tips on where to eat and helped us with transport for the next part of our trip. I am vegetarian and Enza made sure that this was catered for. It was the most wonderful day! Amazing host, lovely group of people and stunning food! If you do nothing else in Palermo- do this!!! 10/10! Thank you so much!!!

Enza was a lovely host who welcomed us into her home where we met her 2 lovely dogs. Enza then took us into a lovely shaded garden court where we began the class. While our pasta dough was rising she led us round a lovely market (on her doorstep practically) where we sampled many local foods (focachia, chick pea fritters, arancino & sea snails!) which were amazing. Back at her home we learned how to shape various pasta before preparing our meal to eat indoors (much cooler) in her dining area, accompanied with water and generous servings of wine. A final shot of local wine and we left feeling very happy to have shared in a truly authentic experience. Big thank you to Enza for a beautiful afternoon.

I went alone to this workshop and our host was friendly and welcoming!! The pasta wa so much fun to make and she even took us to try some traditional street food (included in price) I highly recommend this and found the experience more intimate that commercial cooking classes I was able to take some pasta home with me and a gifted almond biscuit with one Ty of wine throughout our meal. Thank you so much again!!!

What can I say… I absolutely loved this experience. Enza is the sweetest and most professional chef, I knew from the start it was going to be something special. Everything was spotless, prepared with care, and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. Even the wine was far above what you usually find in experiences like this. Thank you, Enza. I had an absolutely wonderful morning with Enza. She is a really lovely person - speaks amazingly good English so very easy to communicate with. We had a coffee and a chat in her lovely Sicilian apartment then she taught me to make pasta dough! Then we went into the market where I learned so much about local fruit, vegetables, herbs and fish. Tasted a few lovely Sicilian foods, then went back and turned the dough into pasta shapes. Next was making pesto and chocolate granita - then a glass of wine and a meal of all the cooking we had done. I cannot imagine a better chef, experience or way of learning about life in Sicily.
