Tour salta-fila dei Musei Vaticani, Cappella Sistina e San Pietro

We chose Eternity Tours because we had the same tour two years ago with a guide that was a history teatcher. This time we brought our entire family. We were very dissapointed that the guide didn't come with us into the St.Peters Basilica. I think that really should have been the case when we paid such a large amount for the tickets. The guide was good, but we felt we got more value for our money two years ago with Eternity Tours. At that time the guide went with us into the Basillica and tokd us so much about the history of the Churche. A bit dissapointed, and not value for money.

Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable And made the trip very engaging and insightful .The Skip the line was efficient and fast process. The tour focussed way too much time in the museum and on the few artists, so much else was missed. After a lifetime trip and journey I feel you need more than 20 mins in the Sistine given crowds, access, viewing and to take it all in to make it meaningful. The views of the exterior were exceptionally limited and scarce, and I didn’t get a good feel for the Vatican layout. Poor viewing of the Basiloca from the outside and nothing special about the tour that you could not see for free by walking from the outside, the tour gave just a partial view of the dome and inner areas.

The amount of both people and different pieces of art can be overwhelming in Vatican - the guide really helped me to get most out of the experience, by squeezing the most important pieces and stories in 3 hour session. My friends did not came to the tour, and later they told me that they were completely unable to go even to St Peter's Basilica due the crazy amount of people, so if you want to ensure your Vatican experience I will definitely recommend ..

I thought our guide, Emma, was excellent - she was patient, calm and very knowledgeable, but not boring. I think, given the numbers of tourists going through the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and galleries today, some effort should be made by the powers that be to lessen numbers and improve the flow of people. At times it was bordering on unsafe with the number of people all squeezed into an enclosed space, with no air conditioning or fans (one woman collapsed near our group). As a nurse of 36 years' experience, I was very alarmed at the thought of someone having a serious cardiac event - there was no defibrillator that I saw and there would have been no room to perform first aid. This needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. It is NOT safe, or pleasant.
