loved it. 10 year old daughter was utterly charmed by the gelato maker. we also learnt a lot. we went back for gelato during our time in florence after the class and it was excellent every time.

Liked the interaction and all the information we got while having fun in gelato making.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Learnt so much about gelato and Vetulio is so vibrant....real gem to meet with the gelato of course!

We loved our class at b. ice! Everyone was so friendly and it was a small, relaxed atmosphere. We made two different gelatos (flavors were up to us) and then endless samples at the end! Would definitely return for a class and plan on returning just for gelato from the shop this trip!

I truly recommend it. It was not just about making the gelato but all the history involved made it even better. Tulio is a remarkable person, definitely worth it.
