Corso di Cucina a Lecce: Impara a Fare le Orecchiette e Degusta Vino Locale

All 4 of us (3 women in their 50s, plus 1 teenager) really enjoyed our cooking class. The evening lasted over 4 hours; the appetizers Lisa made were delicious, coupled with the wine Fabio served; the pasta-making (2 types) was fun and informative, and delicious with two types of sauces; dessert was a nice touch at the end. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, with everyone enjoying the activity and company (there was another couple we met there, and all of us became fast friends). The only caveat was that they have a massive Golden Retriever, and while everyone loved him, he is young (16 months?) as of April 2026, and not well trained. Although a sweet, friendly breed, he aggressively pushed his nose into the crotches of two of the women (dog lovers), one of whom was in a skirt. And it wasn't a quick hello; he persisted in pursuing their privates to the point of making the women uncomfortable. He should remain outdoors or leashed during the event until better trained.
