Roma: Corso di Cucina 3-in-1 - Fettuccine, Ravioli e Tiramisù Fatti a Mano

I had high hopes for this cooking class- who doesn't love pasta and tiramisu? Overall, the class was just too large. 20 individuals trying to see and hear one chef demonstrating was not successful at all. The class lasted less than 90 minutes, with the remaining 90 minutes spent sitting around waiting for our pasta to be cooked and eaten. I suggest spending your money on a small class that is much more hands on and informative

As a positive, our instructor, Lou, was very engaging and attentive. However, there were two of us in a group of 18 people and we really wanted to forget the experience from the start, there were far too many people around too small a table to see anything when Lou was preparing the Tiramisu or making the pasta without covering your neighbour with flour, it was all too close and the table was too narrow. On a more serious point, sharing ingredients like the flour and water with everyone, strangers, dipping their hands into the bowls wasn’t exactly hygienic. From our point of view you either have a smaller group so that each person has their own ingredients or you make it a demo class. I would not recommend this class in its current format.

We absolutely loved it! It was so well-organised, and so fun to make the pasta and tiramisu. Mimi our chef was so lovely and brought such a great energy to the class. Really enjoyed being able to choose our sauces and drink with the meal and eating it all together. The food tasted so good, especially the tiramisu which was so delicious I couldn’t believe I’d made it!! Would highly recommend
