The worst tour experience I have ever had. The driver and guide were 1 hour and 10 minutes late, which is simply unacceptable. The tour itself was rushed, poorly organized, and extremely disappointing. It provided very little useful information, relying mostly on an audioguide with minimal and superficial content. The guide also offered very few explanations, which added virtually no value to the experience. For the price charged, this level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. To make matters worse, because of the excessive delay, we missed a restaurant reservation that we had made in advance. Given this disastrous experience, the very minimum we expected was a full refund.
