Very, very disappointed with the guide you supplied. It seems she was a last minute replacement for the original guide whose command of the English language was inadequate. We all struggled to interpret just what she was trying to tell us. She was unable to answer our simple questions about the general history of Trani. I made it clear at the outset that we had a particular interest in the extens ive history of the Jewish community in Trani. What we received was a very superficial account of a long history. We feel that we, as a group of two couples, have been very badly short changed having spent in excess of £200 for 90 minutes of a grossly unsatisfactory and disappointing tour. We believe you should make a refund of at least 50% of our outlay.
