Tour in Motoscafo sulla Costiera Amalfitana da Positano/Praiano: Grotte e Nuotate

Our guide did not speak English, did not provide any drinks or water during our tour, did not visit any grottos or caves along Amalfi Coast and did not provide lifejackets to the members of our family who are not strong swimmers but wanted to go into the water during our tour. Also, driver did not seem to be comfortable with driving speedboat (we were being passed by all other boats) and seemed to be tacking like he was steering a sailboat vice a speedboat. We were very disappointed with the tour provided by Positano Boats, although the coast was very beautiful.

Good experience thanks to the views but wasn’t offered beach towels, soft drinks or went through the furore arch as described. Was not offered the optional swim either. Didn’t take us all the way to the amalfi coast either just pointed it out in the distance and said the grotto emerald was too long of a wait. Just a very rushed experience.

I was really disappointed with this experience. If you are looking for a fun and adventurous boat tour, this is NOT the one for you. The title of this activity is ‘coast and caves’. All we did ok this tour is drive up the Italian coast to amalfi and back, which you can do for a fraction of the cost on the ferry. Our tour guide was very quiet, and no music played (he offered for us to play our music) so it was quiet most of the tour. If you are expecting to be in and out of caves, this was NOT the experience I got. The sea was VERY rough the day we went out, and I expressed to the lady at the ticket booth how we would prefer a refund as to not go on the rough sea (sea sickness and rain) but they said that was not as option. As a result I feel like my tour was spent in rough rough sea and was not at all worth the price

The boat tour was amazing! Our guide pointed out all of the different towns along the coast and was even willing to snap some pictures of our group for us. We took a quick break to swim alongside the coast. Pool noodles and towels were provided and appreciated! Overall we had a great time in the sun listening to music and boating around the coast.
