we feel like this experience was misadvertised. We were essentially sold "tickets" to "skip the line" but the reality was that this activity didn't include tickets for Pompeii historical park and were forced to spend an additional €68 on top of the £100+ we had already paid for the tour. We feel like we have been tricked... I won't be using this service again despite the actual guide (Sonja) being great. I'm also reporting this feedback to booking.com who initially put your services forward... it was an unfair and misleading description to exploit people.
