Terrible! Rip off. No where in the description does it say that you are dropped off at a public bus stop at the entrance of the commune of Monreale. The entrance of the commune is approx. 600 meters below the entrance to the Monreale Duomo, which means you have to hike up a steep, cliff clinging street to the top. My father has limited mobility and walks with a cane (which is why I booked this transportation); he has a fear of heights. It took us over 45 mins to get to the top, which cut in to the 2 hours allotted. Then, they wanted you to hike back down to the public bus stop for the return. There was no excuse for any of this, as a line of taxis are waiting at the stand at the duomo entrance. In fact, we took a taxi back to Palermo for 40 euro and skipped the return trip of this provider. Our concierge offered us transportation round trip from our hotel & back to Monreale, 80 euro. I declined it because I had prepaid 75euro. This was a rip off. Avoid!Not mobility impaired friendly.
