Bologna: tour dei Portici UNESCO, San Luca e Archiginnasio

Absolutely Avoid at all cost! Misleading information of the package tour. We did not have a guide for 3.5 hours. Only had one who accompanied us on train to San Luca and then down at the square later we had to meet another person at 1410 to just guide us to another tour guide from Bologna Welcome that only charges €10 per person for the tour. Absolute rip-off and we were even given 3 tickets of which 2 for me and my son and the supposedly tour guide that didn’t show up from this company. Not worth the value at all. I’m a seasoned traveller and will never recommend this tour or this company to anyone as it over promised and under delivered, albeit, it’s a con job! I am absolutely livid! I will complain to Italy’s board of tourism about this. Our guide to San Luca was a nice sweet senior lady called Christina. Though she’s very knowledgeable about history, she’s not a guide material as we almost missed our train coming down. This whole operator is such a shamble!
