Lezione di Cucina a Genova: Pasta e Tiramisù in Casa

This was one of our favourite experiences from the trip! Loved every bit of it. It was so authentic and enjoyable. The cesarine was very skilful and the dishes were top-notch. We made two genovese pastas (best pastas I’ve ever tasted) and a very tasty tiramisu. We learnt to make everything from scratch. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and their home was so beautiful. If I ever go back to Genoa, I would definitely indulge myself in this experience again! Thanks Tomaso and Leonardo

If we could sum it up in one word - INCREDIBLE. Vittoria was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in to her house, you could feel the authenticity immediately and we were transported to classic Italy (in our minds). The entire experience from the tiramisu making to the pesto and the pasta was delightful. We have invited Vittoria to come and live with us! Thank you for bringing us into your home, sharing your recipes, and most importantly your love.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Adresse ist sehr zentral. Wir hatten Glück, denn wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten eine Menge Spaß mit Thomas und seinem guten Freund! Man merkt, wie viel Freude es ihm macht, sein Wissen weiterzugeben. Er hat alles ausführlich erklärt und das Essen am Ende war hervorragend: Foccacia wurde zunächst serviert, danach haben wir Tiramisu (mit Lady finger, haha!) gemacht, im Anschluss 2 Arten Nudeln, eine gefüllt mit Mangold und die andere mit Pesto serviert. Das Essen war köstlich und der Höhepunkt war natürlich Dolce: Tiramisu. Wir freuen uns, das gelernte zu Hause nach zukochen. Grazie mille!

The activity was an amazing experience. Our host Ms. Daniela was welcoming and really great with teaching two different pasta, two sauce recipes and tiramisu. Me and my Wife enjoyed the process teaching and company of the Host. I would definitely recommend this to foodies, couples and small group of friends who would like to have a local Italian experience. Again, A special thanks to Ms. Daneila for making us comfortable and teaching us to make amazing food.
