Pompei e Vesuvio: tour combinato con transfer e biglietti

Abholung unkompliziert Transport super ausreichend Zeit für den Vesuv Pompeji dafür am Ende zu wenig Zeit nur 2 std Wenn man Zeit hat beide Orte jeweils 1 Tag aber als kompaktes Programm war es völlig ok und von uns auch so gewünscht. Nur der audioguide war defekt ging immerbaus musste man immer wieder einschalten und neu Sprache einstellen das war lästig - haben wir auch am Ende angemerkt was dann sehr verblüffend war: superbnette Entschuldigung umdenken pompeij Buch als Entschädigung erhalten Fazit: alles top klare Empfehlung

Alles wirklich super organisiert. Der Busfahrer hat gleich eine Namensliste, die er kontrolliert. Vor Ort stehen schon die Guides bereit mit den Eintrittstickets für jeden bzw. Audioguides für Pompeji, erklären alles verständlich. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt genaue Informationen, wann man wieder am Treffpunkt sein muss. Der Bus steht wieder pünktlich da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fanden es wirklich toll!!

I loved both places but didn't get enough time to see them both due to when u click on the address thru the ticket u sent it & go thru Google maps it sends you to different location. you have to type the address into Google yourself where it lists the address. also made say next to pastry shop right next door to the ruins the door above says itourist. & responses need 2 come back sooner I called & then used the chat app where I was told multiple false things. if I hurried I could still go I had 10 mins before the tour left( even thought it says be 20 mins early was assured it would be fine) ran across town in 85 degree humid weather to get there & be told no tour left. then told I could still go wouldn't have 2 pay that you'd already spoken to the place. they didn't know what I was talking about no one contacted them & to go to Vesuvius I had 2 pay again. by time I got back from there I had less than 2 hrs to see all of the ruins not even close to enough time.refund refused 2me
