Pasta, Tartufo e Vino in un Borgo Medievale vicino a Parma

Virginia was an excellent teacher. The class offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how to make great pasta (or improve your current skill level) by a knowledgeable chef. Afterwards enjoy the fruits of your labor with a meal on the balcony overlooking the hills of Emilia-Romagna. The class takes place in a very nice setting within a quaint town. If you elect to drive yourself, there is easy street parking.

We had an amazing time making pasta with Virginia. She explained everything super clearly and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. The view and vibes on the terrace were to die for and the way she prepared the pasta we had made together was delicious! The appetizers and dessert were also really tasty. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

The pasta-making activity felt very authentic, and both instructors were extremely kind and welcoming. They truly did a great job teaching us and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. After the workshop, all the pasta we made was served to us on a beautiful terrace, accompanied by a glass of wine and a delicious dessert. Overall rating: 10/10 – we honestly have nothing negative to mention. Everything was perfect.

Virginia and her mom are very friendly and nice people and the cooking course was great, too! We and our kids had a lot of fun, learned much about pasta and the Italian way of cooking and tried very delicious Italian treats, homemade by Virginia and her mom. We highly recommend this experience to everyone interested in cooking and authentic Italian cuisine ❤️

This was a wonderful cooking class where we learned to make ravioli and tagliatelle. Virginia and her mother welcomed us warmly into their home, which had a high standard and a beautiful terrace in stunning surroundings. Virginia taught us how to make pasta – she explained, demonstrated, and corrected our technique until we got it right. The result was truly delicious. We were also served a lovely starter and dessert. I really want to recommend this. 10/10.

LOVED It!!!! Fantastic class! Virginia was such a great teacher. I’ve attended several pasta making classes in Italy and each time, I pick up new tips and techniques. The small class size was perfect, the pasta simple yet delicious. The picturesque patio where lunch was enjoyed, was just the authentic experience I was hoping to find after the scenic car ride to the village. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting truly memorable experience.

Calestano is a lovely escape from the Parma heat and the pasta making experience was great. Virginia and her mum are lovely and I had a great time. I went on my own but shared the experience with two australian girls and it was overall an amazing exchange in cultures. The pomodoro sauce of Virginia's mom was delicious! And the wine as well... and well, everything to be honest hehe.
