Da Firenze: Tour della Val d'Orcia con pranzo e Brunello

I booked this tour with two friends, I really regret my choice. 1. First of all, the day before the trip, they changed the meeting point to a tram station that takes 40 minutes to reach from Florence city center. If I had known it was going to be that far, I wouldn't even have selected this tour. 2. On top of that, they promised a €10 compensation for each participant for the trouble, but it’s been a week and we still haven’t seen a single cent. 3. To make matters worse, the meetup was at 8:15 AM, which meant we had to wake up super early just to make the commute. After waiting until 8:30 AM, our guide, Emma, told us the bus was running late. We were left waiting around for a whole hour until 9:30 AM! By then, we wanted to leave and asked for a full refund. Emma was polite and told us we could do so, but the travel company's customer service refused to refund us. It was a complete waste of 90 minutes at a bus stop. 4.I also found the wineries on this tour to be very mediocre.

Luca our guide was super nice, and knowledgeable he loved what he was doing, he explained as we went where we were and was so very helpful answering any questions we had. Danielle our driver was so attentive to the passengers, very helpful, an excellent driver, polite and funny! We paid a bit more than others but maybe that was because we booked last minute. I would highly recommend this tour.

O passeio foi o melhor que fiz na região. A Toscana é simplesmente perfeita. A nossa guia Alessandra parecia um chat GPT da região, sabia de tudo e muitas dicas pitorescas. Nas vinícolas a recepção foi extremamente gentil e emocionante de perceber o quanto os envolvidos se orgulham do seu trabalho e explicam tudo com muito entusiasmo. Para finalizar, o motorisma, Mássimo, mesmo num congestionamento gigante que pegamos na volta (era feriado) manteve o bom humor e divertiu os passageiros. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Mi excursión ha sido una de las peores que he realizado. El guía no tenía un dominio de inglés y era muy difícil entenderlo. Además muy mala organización, no sabíamos que íbamos a hacer el tour. La primera cata de vinos fue mediocre donde solo se sirvió pan con aceite y la explicación por la empresa fue bastante mala. Además desapareció el guía de la nada. El conductor iba demasiado rápido conduciendo, con varias veces haciendo adelantamientos peligrosos.

Passeio por algumas cidades da Toscana, muito bonitas. Se a intenção é unir o passeio as vinícolas, não é interessante. Visita-se uma vinícola familiar e ao final do dia vai a uma loja comercial. Além disso, um dia antes, certifique-se de onde o guia vai te esperar. A indicação que recebi não foi cumprida e fiquei perdida para localizar o guia. O contato da GYG me ajudou mas foi estressante

The sites were amazing. But the bus took a long time to departure from Florence than took a long time to go pick up more people to Siena. By the time we got to the sites was not enough time to explore them and had to rush. Also it would help if a map of the important points was provided. The driver almost got in 2 car accidents. She was driving reckless! I would not take another tour from this site any more!!
