Firenze: Lezione Privata di Pizza con Degustazione Vini

This was a private pizza making class that was advertised as 1.5 hours including a wine tasting . The event was moved up an hour due to the restaurant having an event / no problem for me . The problem was it was a wham bam , in out , no tasting and rushed . I was out of there in 35 min . I felt like I was an inconvenience and he was rushing to get me out . I didn’t get to mix ingredients - he did it all but let me knead a few pizzas , I didn’t make sauce ( pre’made) , or learn about the pizza making , or learn about the wines offered . For the price of the class I did leave with 3 pizzas but way more than my husband and I could eat . I was expecting more of an experience and fun instead of a take n bake crash course experience .
