Sylvia was incredible!! She is so kind and knowledgable and makes the workshop very fun! This whole experience was amazing. As a perfume lover and collector, I was blown away by how informative was. My husband (who isn’t even usually interested in perfume) took the class with me so he could learn too and he said it was his favorite thing he did on the trip and he learned so much. Also, the perfume we created was my favorite ever, which is saying a lot! I cannot recommend this workshop enough! 10/10 will absolutely do again next time I’m in Florence!

The perfume workshop was a wonderful way to spend an evening in Florence as something a bit different to do after spending the days in museums! The workshop was fascinating with the guide, Sylvia, providing the right amount of interesting information on perfume making before letting us experiment with scents as we made our own perfumes. She expertly guided us all to making lovely perfumes we were happy with, and she was so kind to my elderly mother-in-law, ensuring the class was as accessible as possible for her. Highly recommend!

It was amazing to discover what I thought I would like ended up not being my choices. I learned how to smell, how to cleanse my nose and the notes and accords of fragrance. I looked forward to this event so much and it didn't disappoint. I now have my very own custom made perfume which is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for making my time in Florence so special

Sylvia was so good. Engaging. Interesting. Knowledgable and a really good teacher all wrapped up in a very personable person. My mother and I spent the late afternoon learning so much about fragrance and exploring it for ourselves around a table as Sylvia guides and explains along the way. We now both have a wonderful bottle of scent designed by us. I smell delicious! A great experience and worthwhile for your time in Florence whether you are a local or a tourist!

Brilliantly done. Educational and fun. Wish there was a way to put the “name” on the bottle. I am so excited to use the creation. Loved hearing about the stories behind scents, the meanings behind choices. All around great experience! Not only did we create a memorable fragrance, we created a story. We created an embodiment of deep feeling/emotion and I cannot wait to share it with others. Thank you for being so patient and kind!

I can’t recommend Silvia’s workshop enough! My friends and I spent 4 days in Florence, and this workshop was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Every single one of us had an amazing time. Silvia is so patient, funny, knowledgeable, and really creates the perfect environment for crafting your own unique scent. She made sure to ask us questions throughout the workshop and reassured us that there were no wrong answers. She really goes the extra mile by explaining the science and psychology behind scents, all while making it fun. She also shared some tips I’ll never forget, like where (and where not) to spray perfume. I’m still loving the perfume I made! Worth every penny! Thanks Silvia!!
