We had an amazing experience visiting the Saturnia Thermal Baths (Terme del Mulino), and Marco made it truly unforgettable! He was an excellent driver—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He pointed out important landmarks along the way, stopped for photos, and even made a few extra stops that made our trip extra special. The thermal baths themselves were absolutely gorgeous and incredibly relaxing—it was definitely the highlight of our vacation. If you want to enjoy the Saturnia Thermal Baths, Marco is the one to call!

The thermal springs were great; however for almost $700 the service was bad. First of all they changed our time from morning to afternoon at 2:00. The van was uncomfortable especially the back seats and the air conditioning didn’t even reach the back seats. Finally there was supposed to be narration but the only person who received any information along the way was the front seat passenger. The driver while nice and maybe he wasn’t in charge of this whole operation was unkempt. For this amount of money, we all expected much better and all the passengers felt the same. My suggestion is you rent a car for a day and come by yourselves. It would be so much cheaper than this trip!! Don’t do it!!!

Marco was a great driver and host. He pointed out a lot of great sights and stopped along the way for picture opportunities. He was on time and professional. Great communication via WhatsApp and answered all my questions. Had water and snacks ready for us. It’s a long drive and the hot springs were beautiful, but way more crowded than I expected (it was a Sunday). So the pools were full, as well as long lines for the toilets, to rent a locker, to get tokens for the shower, and for the actual showers 2euros for 2minutes), which took away from the time to enjoy the hot springs.
