The good: the views are beautiful! Their team also picked up someone from our party when they were too tired to proceed. The bad: the bikes are really not designed for mountains / loose gravel roads. The battery was down to one bar way before we approached the top, and one of the bikes had a faulty brake (not great on a mountain). Additionally, the company initially tried to claim that my booking didn't include transportation, which it did. They also moved forward the start time by an hour, and required that I come to their office a day early in order to pick up tickets (instead of giving us the tickets on the day of the activity, as outlined in the booking).
