Pompei e Vesuvio da Napoli: pranzo e biglietti inclusi

Très déçu de l’audio guide pour Pompei ( il faut utiliser notre cellulaire personnel) consomme beaucoup de batterie et ne fonctionne pas bien. L’application ce désinstalle tout seul . Il faut laisser le cellulaire ouvert tout le temps, si on prend une photo le tout est à recommencer . Pour ma part et le monde autour de nous ça ne fonctionne pas. J’aurais aimé le savoir avant, j’aurais pris l’audio guide qu'ils louaient à l’entrée. Pour ce qui est du dîner, très déçu encore et le vin n’étais pas de très bonne qualité. Je ne le recommande pas

Alex, our guide and Gabriel, our driver ensured that we would enjoy every moment of the day! It was great to take the activities at our own pace but not need to worry about logistics such as food, transportation, and permits. The lunch was in a stunning spot and was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to conquer both of these in a day! Ps the wine was complimentary and so good

We went to the meeting point and one agent picked us up then she didn’t asked which deal we had bought and assumed that our first stop was Pompeii which it wasn’t at first we had to go to Vesuvius and then for lunch and at the end in pompei. The food was nice. At the end the agent and the driver wasn’t asking about our stops and they had to let us go in a different place than we’ve got picked up. Also in pompei we had included audio guide but when I tried to call them and the info point at pompei was trying to call tramvia they wasn’t talking or picking up the phone at all. With that resulting not having audio guide and when finally we communicated it was already late for the audio guide because we had finished the Pompeii tour. In conclusion there were many flaws with organisation.

erst wurden wir 40min im strömenden Regen stehen gelassen, um die 40min Verspätung. Dann hieß es das der Transport zum vesuv aufgrund des Wetters nicht möglich ist. Geld haben wir keines zurück bekommen. Bei der Rückfahrt wurden wir irgendwo rausgelassen nicht dort wo vereinbart wurde. In der Überschrift steht Tickets sind dabei, waren aber nicht dabei und Lunch gab es auch keines. Also abzocke und eine Frechheit!!

Der Transport erfolgte pünktlich an den angegebenen Haltestellen. Am Vesuv angekommen mussten wir dann allerdings 1 Stunde warten, da der TimeSlot erst eine Stunde später war. Trotzdem war die Zeit ausreichend am Vesuv, wo wir erst skeptisch waren und dachten wir müssten uns beeilen. 1 Stunde Vesuv ist gut machbar. Weiter ging es zum Aussichtspunkt, wo man einen sehr schönen Blick hatte. Wann es dann weiter geht nach Pompeji war allerdings sehr vage. 30-60 Minuten, da wäre mehr Präzision schöner gewesen. Angekommen in Pompeji gab es leider Probleme mit den Tickets, da sie mir nicht zugeschickt wurden. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp konnte das Problem aber gelöst werden und wir konnten rein. Pompeji ist wirklich sehr weitläufig, aber kann man mal gesehen haben.

Der Vesuv und auch Pompeii sind sehr sehenswert. Wirklich eine tolle Aussicht und eine sichere und saubere Umgebung. Nur der Transport war nicht besonders gut. Zwischen Vesuv und Pompeii hat man uns an einer schönen Raststätte ohne vorherige Information abgesetzt und fast 2 Stunden warten lassen. Bei der Ablieferung war von 40min bis 1h die Rede. Der Rest lief wie geplant. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Het was een geslaagde dag. Alleen het vervoer van Pompei naar de Vesuvius verliep niet goed. er zou een bus komen en die hebben we niet gezien. toen er een bus van Tramvia kwam, stapte een reisgids uit. zij was erg onvriendelijk richting de klanten. ze reageerde kortaf toen ik vroeg of dit de bus naar de Vesuvius was. Ze wilde ons hier niet helpen. Uiteindelijk zelf een andere bus gepakt richting de Vesuvius. Verdere communicatie op app verliep prima. Je kreeg snelle reacties. Al met al is het goedgekomen, maar de communicatie van de reisgidsen mag iets duidelijker.

Des informations contradictoires On m’explique que je peux acheter les tickets pour le Vésuve sur place mais c’était impossible je suis restée dans le froid 2h30 à regarder les gens qui avaient eu les tickets. Tout était complet depuis longtemps mais personne ne nous l’a dit. Dimmage! Très déçue. Car si on nous l’avait expliqué j’aurais fait autre chose au lieu d’attendre.
