Corso di Cucina Toscana a Firenze: Impara a Preparare una Cena Gourmet e Gustala con Vino

El chef muy agradable, con conocimiento y atento. Las recetas muy buenas: aunque posiblemente se encuentren en internet, es una miy buena experiencia para conocer la gastronomía italiana. Por otro lado: estuvimos 3h (no 4), no vimos terminar los platos sino que ya estábamos sentados y lo hizo el chef (a mi me hubiera gustado ver hasta el final), la comida que sobró se podría haber propuesto para llevar. Cuando cocinábamos, eramos todos juntos y revueltos.

The cooking class was great. So much fun to learn the dishes and cooking techniques. After preparing everything, was fun to sit and eat what was created and cooked. Wine was good and sitting with other travelers was nice as you got to sit and chat over a 4 course dinner. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was not a small group class by any means like the description described as the tour company way over booked and had too many people for the class.

Or chef Giacomo was fantastic. Took the time to explain the steps in the preparing each of the foods we were preparing. We made pasta, a chicken dish and an eggplant dish. After the prep, there was plenty of food to go around. The only thing I wish was that each person could have done more of the preparation but there just isn't time for that in a group setting. All in all a fun experience. Afterword, Giacomo came a sat with us a chatted for a while

We would NOT recommend this tour! We got mixed up on our directions and called the tour company to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late at the meeting point (who hasn't messed up on directions when touring a foreign city and been a little late, even with GPS, which we used). We were advised by the tour company that they would not wait and that if we were at all late they would leave without us. We ran through the streets of Florence to try to make it on time, but were literally 3 minutes late and they were gone. We called the tour company again and asked for the address of the class so we could meet up with the group. The tour company advised they would not let anyone in late and we would not get a refund. It was our fault for being 3 minutes late, but ridiculous that they couldn't accommodate customers (4 of us) that they knew were on the way. We see now that other reviews have had the same problem, so do no take chance with this tour, there are much better options.
