Firenze: Biglietto Salta la Fila per Palazzo Vecchio - Scopri la Storia e l'Arte Rinascimentale

Maja was excellent. She possesses great knowledge of the Medici family and Renaissance art and culture. My wife and I are so happy to have met her and spent over 2.5 hours touring the Palazzo Vecchio as well as other historic landmarks around the city centre. I would highly recommend her as your tour guide in Florence.

Pratique

Continuity between audio room guides and rooms were difficult to get in sync with. A map with each room and the associated audio clip would have improved the experience dramatically. Wonderful artwork!!!

Amazing! We met our guide, he gave us tickets, explained everything and gave us an audio guide to explore on our own. It was very easy and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The audioguide reported in the ticket was the one provided by the museum for free, and there was no line to skip.

Hard to find the entrance as it had a no entry sign on the door Magnificent place - not at all what you would expect from the outside

Nothing special to see ! Mostly empty spaces. No furtniture . Just paintings on the wall. So it's more like a gallery and not a palace where you could visualize someone's life.

Good way to get a ticket when the official site is sold out. Self guided tour with audio guide in phone. The only down side is sometimes the phone signal in the building is weak and the audio has trouble loading.

Good experience but for the Palazzo Vecchio and the time we went (end of September) I’m not sure a skip the line ticket was necessarily needed, but you never really know until you get there but otherwise thought it was great

Great tour

Waited where the guide was meant to meet us - no guide ! The guide was in a completely different spot than shown as the meeting point.
