Tour Audio del Pantheon e Concerti di Musica Sacra

We booked the audio-guided tour of the Pantheon and the sacred music concerts through the official website, and paid €44, however, once we arrived in Rome, we were told that they could NOT provide us with the experience—we could only enter and visit on our own—and that those tickets cost €14. We are still waiting for a refund of €30.
