Roma: Tour in golf cart con La Dolce Vita Dream

Our tour was cancelled less than an hour before it was supposed to start. We were told that the vehicle had broken down. This was our only day in Rome for the tour, so the cancellation completely ruined our plans. We were offered an alternative tour on scooters, but riding scooters in the heat while wearing helmets was not a reasonable replacement for the experience we had originally booked. What is especially frustrating is that, despite the vehicle supposedly being unavailable, the same tour was still listed as available for purchase at later times that day. The organizer did not even remove the unavailable service from the booking system, which is extremely misleading to customers. Five days later, we still haven’t received our money back. Very disappointing experience.

This was a great time! Unfortunately the golf cart is still broken (which is what we booked for July 5) but they were very accommodating offering us a Vespa tour instead. It was very fun! It felt safe and our guides were very knowledgeable. We learned lots of great facts about Italy while also having great casual conversation. They took us to places that the locals go because we let them lead the way(very beautiful spots) but they were willing to take us wherever we wanted if you want a more structured itinerary. Kerem gave great recommendations on places to visit and eat around Rome at the end of the tour. I would definitely recommend this company!
