Viagem muito legal guia atencioso. Demoramos 4 horas até pisa e depois uma hora até Florença e z3 horas de volta a Roma. Mas como só tínhamos um dia sobrando valeu a pena. O guia faz um tour a pé por Florença muito interessante. Recomendo

we appreciate very much the effort taken by our guide to show us everything and the explanations on historical sites. As it was a small group we there was plenty of time to view all the sites at leasure. Would have been better if the vehicle was a bit more spacious.

The vehicle has air conditioning, it was brutally hot in Italy it is impossible to have an enjoyable tour if no AC. The driver Felice was always on time in every possible pick up station. He coordinates with you constantly through text which give a tourist the comfort that the tour would be seem less.
