The tour gave me heaps of historical context mixed in with a well thought out selection of local favourites. The cheese and cured meats were the stars, but starting off with a lovely dolce & espresso set the scene really well. Giada was an excellent guide, full of information, & really pleasant company. She also gave me sone great tips on places to dine. Highly recommended!

This was a great tour! My teenaged daughter and I really enjoyed it. Our guide shared many great facts about Parma's history and the region as we walked around. All 3 stops to sample food were great! We had time to sit down and enjoy the coffee and pastries, as well as the meat, cheese & wine. I highly recommend this tour.

The walking tour was very interesting and interspersed at regular intervals with food-tasting stops. All of the tastings were top quality and made up look forward to our evening. Giada, our guide, was very knowledgeable but also with a sense of fun. All in all, we had a fabulous time.

Nice walking tour of Parma viewing a few of the popular sites while learning a little about the area. We had several food stops tasting some of the local delicacies.

De tourgids was super vriendelijk en gaf veel en duidelijk de informatie. Ze stond bij elk plekje even stil om rustig informatie te geven en vragen te beantwoorden. Ook bij de proeverijen tijdens de tour gaf ze uitleg wat heel interessant was. We hebben zeker genoten maar vonden de prijs voor de tour in verhouding veel voor wat je krijgt.

The tour is an excellent choice to start a perfect weekend in Parma. Giana is very sweet, and well prepared. We were a group of 12 and for a gastronomic+walking experience I believe is a large one. She handled everything seamlessly, gave us the historical side of Parma without being too professorial. The stops are not far from one another and the food.... the food is just delicious!! We start with pastries and coffee, which is good to give energy for the tour. Next is the parmesan cheese store that is just divine. The 36 months parmesan cheese is remarkable. lastly, the ham and meats tasting with a glass of wine is a perfect way to end a perfect afternoon.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec Giada notre guide. Elle nous a fait découvrir Parme avec quelques anecdotes. Nous avons fait 3 dégustations : une pâtisserie avec boisson, dégustation de Parmesan de trois âges différents, et dégustation de charcuteries avec pain et vin. Il y a possibilité d’avoir une boisson sucrée pour ceux qui ne boivent pas d’alcool ou les enfants. Les portions sont généreuses! Selon l’heure, prévoir de petit déjeuner ou déjeuner léger avant! Au final, nous sommes ravis de cette expérience et nous la recommandons vivement!

Die Food Tour in Parma war eine tolle Erfahrung und perfekt für unseren eintägigen Aufenthalt. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Teilnehmer waren und die Tour dadurch auf uns zugeschnitten war. Trotz der grossen Hitze hat es sich absolut gelohnt. Wir haben von Jade viel Interessantes über Parma und seine kulinarischen Traditionen erfahren und konnten Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Wein sowie etwas Süsses probieren. Die Tour ist ideal, wenn man in kurzer Zeit die wichtigsten Highlights der Stadt und ihree Spezialitäten kennenlernen möchte. Klare Empfehlung!
