The guide was advertised as an art historian, but should have been termed just an historian, since she showed us tombs and memorials of notables in the church but entirely neglected the several chapels with important frescoes by noted Renaissance artists. She also didn't give us a copy of a dual-language sheet we found at the church that listed notable art works there.

They switched my reservations to day before I just noticed that it was a time difference and I said OK and I didn’t realize until it was too late to cancel that the reservation was changed to a different day just different time. That’s on me, but it seems unreasonable that someone would offer you a different day instead of just a different time. I was nowhere near Florence as I’m traveling so I could never have made it. Anyway, it would’ve been nice to get a voucher or something, but I did read the rules and it said you gotta cancel ahead of time. Since I was traveling, I didn’t even see their emails and calls.
