We loved our cooking class with Andrea! He and his wife welcomed us into their home and made us feel like family. And then, with his instruction and help, we made our dinner! I was surprised at how much we were able to do in one evening. I highly recommend this cooking class. It felt like a privilege to learn from a chef and it was such a warm and personal experience. I highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable evening of warmth, fun, and culinary magic! We had a truly wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime evening with Andrea and his family this past Wednesday! The amazing hospitality started well before we arrived. Andrea sent us all the directions and the address via WhatsApp in the morning, making our Uber ride there completely stress-free. The moment we stepped into the apartment, Andrea and his son gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt right at home. After washing our hands and chatting for a bit, the fun began. Everything for the cooking class was perfectly prepared. Andrea explained everything with so much passion, charm, and humor, happily answering all of our questions before we dove into the kitchen. I won’t spoil the details of the four courses we made together, but let me tell you, we have rarely eaten such delicious, authentic regional food! We learned so much throughout the process and picked up plenty of fantastic culinary secrets.

We had a great time at this cooking class. Andrea, his wife and son were great hosts and made it feel like a personal experience. They provided everything and informed us throughout the course with stories about the foods and ingredients, along with tips and tricks. Being at their home added a nice personal touch and the set up was beautiful. We had so much food by the end that was all delicious, a big thank you to Andrea and his family.

This was such a wonderful heart-warming experience. you dont just cook with Andrea and his wife Alex - they make you family. We made a total of 4 dishes, each one simple, but full of amazing flavors. Andrea is also attentive to food allergies so be sure to let him know in advance. If youre looking for an intimate Sicilian food experience, this is it! I would do it again!
