Escursione a Corleone: Natura e Leggende da Palermo

we didn't have a guide. the driver didn't introduce himself, didn't say anything on the journey, drove very fast, very bumpy ride, he took us to the Godfather Museum in Corleone and the man there took us through the house, we had to pay 10 euros at the end of this tour which we weren't expecting because we had already paid for our excursion through your company. the driver then picked us up from the Godfather Museum and we stopped at a beautiful village for about 1.5 hours, and just chilled. the driver didn't explain anything about the village etc. drive back to Palermo was better.

The tour of the museum was excellent. Museum guide was very knowledgeable and a great narrator. The rest of the tour didn't meet my expectations. We just were driving through some little towns and villages with no explanations or even stops. It was a stop for lunch in an average restaurant. And that is it. Our driver was very good, but he wasn't a guide.

The perfect afternoon in Corleone Marco picks you up in Palermo then onto the town of Corleone where you can embark on the Mafia tour all I can say was it was so informative and interesting with stories of Corleone past and present ! You then to onto the town of Firuzzo where you can have lunch and explore the castle ! Altogether an amazing afternoon

The museum in Corleone and learning about the history was fascinating and really well presented by the lady guiding it. unfortunately we did not get to see anything else in Corleone city which was disappointing as at least 30-45 minutes would have been nice to walk through the streets. The transportation was really nice and felt very safe with good air conditioning.

On vous dépose devant le musée et on repart de suite.. de plus le prix de l’entrée du musée n’est pas compris ( 8 euros) dans les 70 euros. Arrêt à Ficcuza de 1h30 sans aucun intérêt.. néanmoins les explications au musée étaient intéressantes.. transport, privatif sept personnes donc très lucratifs pour l’organisateur.. si vous mangez à Ficcuza au restaurant, ça fait une petite escapade à 100 euros par personnes..

El tour no vale la pena: viajas aproximadamente 1 hora a un pueblo en el que solo visitas una casa y nada más porque todos los atractivos están cerrados. La explicación del guía fue SOLO en italiano cuando en la descripción indicaba idioma ESPAÑOL: no entendimos nada de la información. Hicimos una parada en un pueblo que le databa mencionado en la descripción de la excursión pero por suerte ahí pudimos encontré un lugar lindo abierto para almorzar. En estas condiciones (nada que ver a lo descripto) NO vale la pena contratar esta excursión.

Punctual and ready to leave on time although we did nip into the cafe to pick coffee and cannoli across the road delicious. Corleone is a truly authentic Sicilian town went into the local deli to pick up few things lots of cheese and variety of hams fruit and veg. Corleone is the true heart of anti mafia legacy. Veronica spoken English (tour guide in the museum), really good, and with just one other couple who also spoke English made it more fluid as we discussed all the photos in the museum dedicated to movement. If this is your thing Corleone worth a visit. If your planning to visit Sicily with current stats on global warming come end of September it was 40 degrees that day very hot

Der Fahrer kam anstatt um 8:30 Uhr erst um 9:20 Uhr und dann noch mit einem normalen Auto. Er dachte wir wären nur zu viert, aber wir waren zu sechst. Daraufhin wollte er einen Van holen und wir sollten weitere 20 Minuten warten.Er kam erst um 10:20 Uhr. Er konnte kein englisch, zudem kannte er den Weg nicht. Er hatte keine Handyhalterung, deswegen hatte er das Handy ständig in der linken Hand..Wer einen empfindlichen Magen hat, sollte nicht nach Corleone gehen. Die Straße ist fast vollständig in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Das the Godfathers Museum war interessant und der Inhaber hat eine sehr informative und unterhaltsame Tour geboten. Daraufhin hatten wir eine Stunde zur freien Verfügung. Dann ging es nach Fiduzza weiter. Dort konnten wir etwas essen und ein Schloss ansehen, welches ich ausgelassen habe, da ich nur an Corleone interessiert war. Falls jemand Corleone besuchen möchte, rate ich ein Auto zu mieten und im eigenen Tempo das Dorf zu erkunden.
