Terrible, simply terrible, with the only exception of being able to get to the top of the Dome. First, we had been told that our guide was sick, he was not going to meet us and that we were going to have auto guide. Second, the instruction was to be there by 9:40am, we got there at 9:35 and the man who gave us our tickets (Simo from Morocco) showed up after 10:20am. No apologies given. Third, the auto guide was supposed to be using our own phones (BAD idea). We could not get it downloaded in our phones, it could not get downloaded more than 21.13%, we did it 2 or 3 times and nothing. Fourth, we ended up going inside without an auto guide. Fifth, we did not find "La Piedad". Using foreign phones to download an auto guide is a bad idea, in general. We were able to connect to the internet thanks to a man inside "Mondo Cattolico" but compatibility seemed the big problem. We are not using our phones "normally" since we were not paying for the high charges from AT&T. We expect refunds.
