Tour in Bus Hop-On Hop-Off di 1 Giorno + Crociera nel Porto

The worst Hop on experience I’ve ever had. Staff was not helpful. I was told to get on a bus, never informed of route. Was on the blue route instead of the red route that I needed. Consequently, I was never able to take the Harbour Cruise. My time ran out. My questions regarding timing of routes were ignored or not answered. Even the very first place, the blue booth at Valetta Water Front, the staff were rude, and told me in effect that they did not have anything to do with my reservation. I was directed to go directly to a bus. At the bus stop, I was put on wrong bus, everything went wrong after that. Rode part of blue route and nothing else. Total disappointment.
