I left from Positano so this review is specific to choosing that as a starting point. We experienced a great deal of confusion on this tour. The rental company was set up as some sort of third party arrangement so they were a bit standoffish when we showed up for the tour and told us they weren’t the tour company they were just the rental. Our guide told us to get the scooters from them, but then I had to get the guide to speak with the scooter company to figure out what was going on. This should have been ironed out beforehand given the price. We were rented 2 Vespas which were not in the best condition. The tour provider told us we had to download an app with the tour information, and our guide tried to tell us when to listen to items in the app, but it was very difficult to navigate and it was clear the guide was not familiar with the app. We were also forced to refuel the vespas before returning (6euro) which was a disappointing use of our time and fuel is included per listing.
