Tour di 6 ore ad Amalfi in minibus da Napoli e Sorrento

The day trip to Amalfi was a great day for us, though the "tour" felt more like convenient transportation from Amalfi to Naples than a tour; however, this is not a criticism, as we valued the convenience vs other methods of getting where we wanted to go (such as train/bus). We also appreciated that we were picked up in Naples promptly on time, and picked up in Amalfi to return to Naples promptly on time as well. The amount of time we had to enjoy Amalfi was perfect for us, as the day was quite hot, and we were glad not to have chosen one of the 8-9 hour tours.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by this company. We paid in advance for a package that included both transportation and guide services for the Amalfi Coast, yet we received only transportation. The driver, Vincenzo—who did not speak English—picked us up in Naples and drove us directly to Amalfi without saying a single word about the places we were passing along the way. Upon arrival in Amalfi, all he said was, "This is it—meet at 1:30 PM." He left us there without sharing any information about the region or offering recommendations on interesting places to visit. He picked us up at 2:00 PM and drove us back to Naples. That was the entirety of the service we received for the €158 we paid for two people. In reality, we explored only Amalfi on our own, without a guide; the offer had described something different, making the information misleading and the situation unacceptable. I advise all potential customers NOT to use this company's services.
