Overall our guide demonstrated his high level of knowledge. The disappointment was having to wait 45 minutes outside in a line after purchasing a ‘skip the line’ ticket. Half of the guides narration occurred outside the Duomo.

We didn’t skip the line, we still waited in it…

on a pris une prestation avec guide en français, et nous eu un guide anglophone, nous avons fait la queue pour accéder à duomo, donc prestation que je ne recommande pas

We didn’t skip the line for the cathedral and ended up waiting in the 39 degrees sun with all other people visiting the cathedral.

On nous a attribué un guide anglophone alors que mon mari et ma fille ne parlent pas anglais...donc on n'a pas suivi le guide ! Prestation très chère car accès uniquement à l'allée centrale de la cathédrale, pas d'accès aux allées latérales ni aux bancs pour ceux qui souhaitent prier !!

Our tour guide Emmanuela was not in a good mood. She was miserable the entire time and when people asked questions she did not want to answer them or got frustrated. The tour itself was only 20 minutes even though it was advertised as an hour. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
