Palazzo Pitti e Galleria Palatina: Tour Guidato Salta la Fila

Camilla was a fantastic guide. She's knowledgeable and open to any and all questions. Small group of 9 & she gave us hearing devices to easily hear all of her commentary . We toured the Palace and special Fashion Exhibit. We did not have enough time for the BOBOLI Gardens but will be on my next visit list! Highly recommend.

There was no guide, I payed 99€ and I didn't get anything!! Nor even after contacting them. It is pure scam!! Do not buy any ticket there!!!

Ivan was an excellent guide. He is well- versed in art and history. He is witty and great company. I highly recommend Ivan.

The tour was made by the quality of the guide, Nathalie, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable...we can heartily recommend her expertise and understanding of Florence, its art and history

The tour exceeded all my expectations. The guide was very professional. I travel a lot and often go on excursions, but this time it was an incredible immersion into the world of Florence. A very high level of professionalism.
