Our guide Ileana was amazing. Very knowlegeable, pleasant and kept the tour going at a leisurable pace. You get quite a few goodies on the way. All the places we visited and items we tasted were exquiste. It is a good value for money tour. One little thing, maybe better directions with regards to the meeting place. Rather than eg San Carlo square, which is 'huge' when looking for someone you don't know, you could be more specific eg underneath the statue facing the Royal Palace. Alternatively guides could hold a placard with the company name. Just a few suggestions.
